Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control and dependent on the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery or pickup.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International order delivery times can be lengthy due to factors outside of our control, and are dependent on the shipping carrier.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@macrokitchenware.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Any orders using the shipping carrier UPS must be sent to a street address.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
- Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of your order being shipped.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required.
Your items must be shipped back securely to our facility. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Each item returned must be sent back in its own box with its own return label. If not, the refund will not be processed fully. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in unused resellable condition.
- Return Process: To begin a return or exchange, please email support@macrokitchenware.co and include your order number.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is free.
- Exceptions: For return delivery issues of any kind that result in an undeliverable item, this is considered a forced return and may not be eligible for refund, as forced returns are not always returned to us.
- Refund Processing Time: A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so you will only be refunded the cost of the item you return.
