How to use our snack bowls

Getting the most accurate results

We designed our snack bowls to be as accurate as possible to 15 grams of carbohydrates. Here is a guideline on how to use them for the most accuracy.

The berries Macro bowl filled with blueberries.

The berries bowl is the only bowl that is a little different in how you use it. You just need to cover the bottom of the bowl with the berries of your choosing. Don't stack.

The snack bowl was designed to be used with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

The popcorn Macro bowl filled to the rim with popcorn.

Popcorn snack bowl

For the popcorn bowl (and the rest of the bowls) you just fill the bowl to the top of the rim with popcorn. The bowl was designed to be used with normal popcorn (butter, salt, and zero carb seasoning is okay).

Other popcorn, like kettle corn or caramel corn, has MUCH more sugar content and would have a much higher carbohydrate amount.
