Return policy
  1. Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase, you may do so within 100 days of your order being shipped.

    If you pre-ordered an item, you can cancel your order and request a refund any time before the product ships. 

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required.

    Your items must be shipped back securely to our facility. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Each item returned must be sent back in its own box with its own return label. If not, the refund will not be processed fully. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be in unused resellable condition.

  3. Return Process: To begin a return or exchange, please email support@macrokitchenware.co and include your order number.

  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is free.

  5. Exceptions: For return delivery issues of any kind that result in an undeliverable item, this is considered a forced return and may not be eligible for refund, as forced returns are not always returned to us.

  6. Refund Processing Time: A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

    Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

    Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

    We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so you will only be refunded the cost of the item you return.
